VINOLUMINO - IN THE INtoxication of COLOR

With thesensory physiologist Dr. Stephen Michlerexperience with seven wines, almonds and chocolate in theOenosphereof the Fitz-Ritter winery, which is over 200 years old, how the world of colors influences our taste perception. There are also various tarte flambée as a snack.

After a champagne reception and a tour of the time-honored   wine and sparkling wine estate, we dive into the Oenosphère. There we discover and experience in an entertaining way how and why different   colors have such a strong effect on the mood and the taste experience.
