Über die Veranstaltung
After the sold out concert in May 2020 in the RebArena in the Rittergarten (Impressions here) we start the event season 2021 again with Patrick Siben and the SALONIKER STRING AND SWING ORCHESTRA.
Handmade jazz with the mini big band on Saturday mornings, in the middle of the vineyards.
Music and sparkling wine as a prelude to the Palatinate Spring. Finally we can go again! Palatinate style - of course in accordance with the Corona regulation: vaccinated-tested-recovery.
The last remnants of spring tiredness are swept away in the second half of the concert with hits from the Berlin of the Crazy Twenties and cheeky swing from America: well-known melodies that were once made world-famous by the "Comedian Harmonists" and ragtimes by Scott Joplin create a great atmosphere.
This diversity is framed by the two spring waltzes by the waltz kings Johann Strauss jun. and Emile Waldteufel. Kapellmeister Patrick…
